Busy this Saturday?
Mitch Rossell, a well known country singer, is coming to Lake Middle High School, Saturday November 22nd for a country concert. The event will start at 7:00 pm.
Rossel is 32 years old and comes from east Tennessee. Rossell has been continuously paving his way in the country music world; he is well known for his number 1 hit “Ask Me How I Know” and his duet song with Blake Shelton titled “Dive Bar”. He has been featured on America’s Got Talent and has previously written music for country singer Garth Brooks. Growing up as a country fan, Rossell began learning guitar in honor of his father which kick started his musical career.
This show is not his first. Rossell has performed and toured all across the country, not only writing songs for Garth Brooks, but opening for him in concert as well. He is no stranger to the stage, and states that touring is his favorite part of being an artist.
Rossell is looking forward to a very lively audience on Saturday.
“If you get a great crowd that’s really excited to be there then the energy just bounces back and forth between the band and the audience. There’s just nothing better,” Rossell expressed.
Be sure that if you would like to attend, check out his music prior to the show. Listeners can find him on all major streaming platforms, and he would love if the audience can participate and sing along.
The event doubles as an exciting experience and as a fundraising opportunity for Lakes Art Programs. $5 from each ticket sold goes to a group within Lake’s Unifed Arts Program; making this event even more worth while.
