Blue Streaks Successfully Send Off Students

On Monday, May 15th, the Streak Summer Send-Off took place. After postponing it due to bad weather students finally got to experience the fun summer start.

Multiple food trucks lined up outside the cafeteria and served funnel cake, fries, lemonade, and slushies. But that wasn’t the highlight of the day. There was a dunk tank with different times for different teachers. Everyone got a chance to dunk their favorite or least favorite teacher. And according to those who got dunked the water was pretty cold.

The marketing students also thought of physical activity. They had an inflatable parkour where students were able to compete against other students or even teachers. Next to that, they had a pull-up stand. And even there, competition was big. After just ten minutes someone already participated and made 28 pull-ups.

And there was more. During 4b and 5b a pie eating contest took place. And that one was a little messy. One of the contestants threw up at the second contest but then started to eat again.

And even though that part was disgusting most students had a lot of fun and a good time with their friends.
